Replaces weapon idle sounds from the game with SILENT ones:
* this is for people that get the annoying loop bug from the ripper, plasma rifle, and flamer. The sound bug comes from these idle sounds. The loop bug originates from distant enemies, and the idle sound comes from your avatars position as if YOU are holding the weapons. This will "fix" this issue for now. Those idle sounds are annoying anyways.
* This does not effect firing sfx JUST the idle loop.
Installation
==============================================
Extract the archive into your Fallout 3 folder (default C:\Program Files \Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\).
Open FALLOUT.INI (default ...\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\FALLOUT.INI) with any text editor and change the value of bInvalidateOlderFiles from 0 to 1 (i.e., bInvalidateOlderFiles=1).
Uninstallation

Remove the following files from Fallout3\Data\Sound\fx\wpn\flamer
\rifleplasma
\ripper\idle
wpn_flamer_idle_lpm.wav
wpn_rifleplasma_idle_lpm.wav
wpn_ripper_idle_lpm.wav
