Extends the player suite in Tenpenny Tower to add a dining room, bathroom and double bedroom. Removes some Theme items from view (such as the bathtub and screen) that made the main room unnecessarily cluttered. Two footlockers have been added for extra storage.
The bathroom is of the 'Clean' (rather than Tranquility-style spotless 'Cleaner' variety).
The double bedroom has a unique 'window view' as well as storage and cozy clutter.
The dining room also accommodates the infirmary area (if you purchase it).
The balcony has four new potted plants on it (they're not in the best of health, but that's the Wasteland for you). There are also two seating areas from which to enjoy the spectacular views.
I have created a new Encounter Zone flagged 'Never Resets' and owned by the player, so it should be literally impossible for items to go missing unless they are taken by your companions (in which case it should be easy to retrieve them). Navmeshes have been applied to the new area.
