I changed the Pure and Impure waters to mod max AP instead of give you health. Think of it as quenching your thirst.
Impure now gives no rads (Just tastes DISGUSTING most likely.) but gives +20 AP for an hour. And Pure water now gives 50 AP for an hour (yet again), as it is the epitome of good bottled water, quenching all thirst upon contact with your lips.
This was originally made for personal use, but decided to release it for the people.
Designed for use with this mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1854 as it allows sprinting for AP usage, and I thought, "Running makes you thirsty, so if you drank some water you would be re-energized right then, and would be able to run more sooner, and for longer/farther afterwards...Thus modding the water that was in fallout to give you AP would only make sense."
