1. Extract the files from the archive.
2. Copy the meshes/Lordinquisitor Folder TO (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\Meshes\

Paths should be
Fallout 3\Data\Meshes\Clutter\Components\Lens01.nif
or
Fallout 3\Data\Meshes\Clutter\Components\Lens01H.nif

and if using the custom textures
Fallout 3\Data\textures\Clutter\Components\Lens01Glass.dds
Fallout 3\Data\textures\Clutter\Components\Lens01Glass_n.dds
Fallout 3\Data\textures\Clutter\Components\Lens01Body.dds
Fallout 3\Data\textures\Clutter\Components\Lens01Body_n.dds
