An upgraded and useful replacement for the Unique weapon 'Kneecapper'
This re-makes the Kneecapper into a 5rd semi-auto pistol that uses shotgun shells. Same damage as the stock Kneecapper, but can be repaired with 10mm pistols, holds 5 shells, and weighs 3 lbs.
This uses the same model as the 10mm Pistol, and shotgun firing effects, and spread. This really makes this a usable weapon, not something you just throw in the locker and forget.
