For those interested I have uploaded a simple diagram of the current server architecture of the Nexus Network.

Server specs

Master Web Server:

2 x Quad Core Xeon E5405 running at 2.0Ghz
4GB memory
1 x 160GB SCSI drive
1 x 300GB SCSI drive
1000Mbit pipe
100Mbit vnet connection with slave server

Slave web server:

1 x Quad Core Xeon E5405 running at 2.0Ghz
2GB memory
2 x 250GB SATA drives
1000Mbit pipe
100Mbit vnet connection with master server

Pooled bandwidth available to both serversper month: 15,000 GB


File server specification is largely unimportant since they do not process any data, they merely serve and store files and backups.

    looks good, is the trafficing due to spam?
    because my friend had one like this, obviously less trafic
    but, he does not encounter problem as far as constant spam like the one that you have posted.
    hopefully there's a way to make it better :[

    That's impressive. Having designed, created, owned and operated a high-traffic network of websites in the late 90's, I know the kind of headache this can be. Especially when you're essentially doing everything on your own.

    I just wanted to say that you have an impressive structure and you do a terrific job which is much appreciated.
