Just played through this DLC entirely. It's a great world space which unlike the other DLCs: revisitable, respawns, large and a great theme.
I bet you already have a sick spot in mind but if I had to make a player home, maybe attempt to reopen one of the pier-side diners or some other place on the boardwalk. The cliffs on the east side of the map have cool views too.
