This is the pose #34 in Sari Decembers Pose Pack created by SariDecember. I tried a lot of poses in Fallout 3 and, in my opinion, this is the best-looking action pose that I've found so far in Fallout 3 area. Unfornately this pose mod has a kind of critical bug involving crosshair position. Other than that, all action poses included in the mod are really awsome. 

Luckily enough, there are workarounds: 
1. The first workaround is FO3-reboot method. Save game, reboot game, and load saved game fix the bug. I was wrong about this. The crosshair position was still ruined after rebooting the game. I had to reboot the game without saving for this workaround to work properly. Unfortunately this takes time. 
2. The second method is using Dynamic Third Person Camera mod by claustromaniac. This is the shorter passage than 1. 
3. Needless to say, the best workaround is to fix the mod itsef. Can someone do this? If you can do it, please go ahead for all the wastelanders. Kudos in advance! :)

For pose mods in FNV area, I will review them later. Probably some months later.
