Thank you. The "friend" is actually the chef in the RRCompanions Vault mod. I was in a "wonder what would happen if" mood one day and used the console to do a sex change on him. The result looks much better than the original. That stare is because Sylvie has a fishnet top courtesy of Type 3F.
