I just followed BnB tutorial included in "Bouncing Natural Breasts" mod by thaumax. Yes the animation source is the BNB mod. A great tutorial indeed. There was a slight problem in the animation though. Specifically bounce animation under the breasts. So I slightly modified the T6M body mesh (after copying bone weights). So it feels like the animation looks better than before. You can find my recently uploaded mod here, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/24242.
Edit: I realized that his/her work was a kind of perfect. The slight bounce animation problem right under the breasts was caused by just copying bone weights. Mesh adjusting is just temporary method and what is really needed was an additional painting work.
That is a good tutorial. I used that to add bounce to all the non-metal armor and clothing in the game. I always thought that the animations should continue when the NPC was standing and found a Breathing Idle at Oblivion that also works with FO3. I always used package installation when installing NoMaaM Breathing Idles whenever fresh new installation of Oblivion happens. So I didn't know who created this animations. Maybe.. you created this? Anyway, thanks for the link. I will definitely try your suggestion.
