Sarah the Lone Wanderer and Dogmeat.

The armor is the Assassin Suit from the Dead Money DLC for New Vegas that I managed to transfer into Fallout 3, with the Shifting Shadows retexture by 0spacepope0. 

The rifle is Millenia's CZ805 Bren for New Vegas that I also managed to transfer into Fallout 3 solely for my own use, with functioning custom reload animation and sounds. I didn't get the vertical foregrip handgrip animation to work, so I just removed the foregrip in Nifskope.
