Looks good, I recongnize the USA Communist Party insignia, does that mean they were more active in the Fallout timeline (To you at least)? Looks good. Cant wait for it to be playable. And what are the NPCs doing in the back? Are they there for later mods?
The USA was extremly Anti-Communist in the old days and in fallout the USA would be extremly hostile to any communist party in thier own country so no not really active but american communists would of course join the chinese army but not in large numbers so they are just an company. Gus Hall was the Generalsecrety of the Communist party of america so it makes only sense to name the company on him. The Chinese Army didn´t trust the American Company and so they only got rifles, had no officers and had to feel distrust trought thier chinese comrades.
