A view of lively Springvale from the top of its new junkyard (yes, "Springvale junkyard" is the name of the mod). The town owes its liveliness mostly to "Project Springvale - Official release" and "Fallout street lights", but there's also "Brooke - Another Lone Wanderer", "NPCs travel"  and probably a few other. Oh yes, there's mr Bob Twopenny, the town's hobo, from "Wasteland Adventures Mini Quests" :-) Also, Vonda from "AWoP" is patroling somewhere in the vicinity, she's always around...
