   I hope it didn't jam. FO4 doesn't require weapon repairs. It's the good or the bad depending on your point of view.

      I use a mod that stops armour and weapon degradation in both 3 and NV, personally I think having to repair things is an annoyance, I much prefer FO4's way of doing things.
