At some point, long after the main quest, the enclave squad (5-6 soldiers and their pet deathclaw) that was regularly spawning in an alley near Dukov's suddenly started spawning inside Dukov's, which was quite a nasty surprise the first time I bumped into them. Unfortunately, by the time I took care of the squad, it was already too late for poor Dukov and Fantasia... Cherry was luckier, as I had already taken her to Rivet City so at least she survived.
