1 Project Springvale - Official release - by PaladinHoss
An excellent mod for those who like to see their Wasteland being revived and repopulated, and it definitely makes sense in Springvale which is relatively safe and close to Megaton so one would expect colonizers there. The mod adds several new structures, barricades and NPCs, all simple and none over-the-top, and all nicely adding to the atmosphere. 
2 Portable Camp Stuff - FOSE by Alexx378
Added a few missing barricades where they make sense, and a few light sources (e.g. fire barrels and camp fires) for the functionality and atmosphere.
3 Brooke - Another Lone Wanderer by oozzyfan
The house on the far right. Its small basement is one of my most favourite shelters ever.
