   For those of you not familiar with Pixelhate's 'Material and Textures Animations with NifSkope' it is a MUST for anyone wanting to take Nifskope to the next level.    This will change some vital assets if used I guess. I don't have the knowledge to contribute but i really hope many modders will start using your resources. They look fabulous and I guess they will give some more life to FO3 :-)
