Did some modding of Megaton, combo of a few mods out there for it, going to have to do some editing on the walls and roof, but other than that it's quite nice.

Mods now added are:
1. Megaton Lighting Overhaul - http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/7875//?
2. Megaton Park - http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/11710//?
3. Expanded Megaton House V3 - http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/2136//?
4. Megaton House Expansion Mod Final - http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/1320//?
1. Provides light sources to all the signs that have light, for some reason vanilla did not do this.
2. Megaton Park I would only recommend AFTER saving the town, it brings in some trees and turns the bomb into a bomb monument essentially. The bomb monument is still able to be used before blowing up or saving the town, but it just looks odd in lore perspective. It's easy to say that after you save the city they remove it and place it with a monument\mock bomb in it's place.
3. Adds a 3rd floor and balcony, I had to look for house mods that wouldn't change the size of the home unless it went up, due tot he EMM mod and the tons of stuff now below your home.
4. About the only basement mod that had the door well placed to match the connecting structures below the home, but not expand the bottom of the home at the same time. It makes "sense" in a physical standpoint when you look at where the door is inside and how it can lead to a "basement" outside. Essentially the door wouldn't lead to blank space outside.
List of mods are:
1. EMM - Expanding Megaton Mod: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/8556//?
2: Toastys Rooved Megaton: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/7916//?
3. NPCs Travel: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/19587//?
1. Is to expand Megaton into a full, cramped like city.
2. Well for the roof derp.
3. This mod expands to the whole game, but it adds a lot of NPCs to all the cities and works well with the expanded megaton mod. Roughly 60~ NPCs about in the outdoor areas and normally boosts the insides by 5-10 (Depends on size of the rooms).
A warning: The roof mod is a bit crude, and will not match up with the expanded megaton mod, it was meant for the normal sized megaton. If you are not a modder or don't like going through the GECK, I would recommend the Feng Shui mod (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/11532//?) and you can manually move the pieces around to fit better inside and out. It's what I did, took me about 20 minutes to get the parts like I wanted Inside. The outside roof is pretty crude and has holes at the base big enough to walk through, this is where Feng Shui really needs to be used (What I am currently fixing as I respond to this thread).
I use in combination 2 mods for Megaton:
Megaton Skyrise
Megaton Underground
to give Megaton more depth.
I've always believed Bethesda missed out in making Megaton a bustling city center, now I'm finally getting around to fixing that lol.
