This combines my previous V3 mod with a new Alexandria Arms Hotel.

I kept searching for the 'perfect' place for my ever growing companions. When I first saw Alexandria Arms, I fell in love with this location despite the Raiders that hung out here.

Those days are gone since Raiders packed up and moved away (via GECK) :) Now, this is ultimate spot for that custom home.
