I have found a fix for the Crash/Freeze, that occurs when the Fallout 3 Launcher, and Fallout3.exe, close. The error occurs due to an application, or program in the background, that either scan, or interfere with Fallout 3.

End the "RazerInGameEngine" Process via Task Manager.

AND/OR

End the "RzStatsManager" Process via Task Manager.

This worked for me, but I hope, I pray that it works for everybody else having the same problem.
