I updated the Icon to have the 2 from the title screen on the shortcut icon so it doesn't look the same as Fallout 1.

Download and unzip the file. Save "Fallout-2-Improved.ico" to your computer. Right click on the shortcut for Fallout 2 and click Properties. Click Change Icon and select "Fallout-2-Improved.ico" Bada-bing bada-boom, you've got an updated icon.
It bugs me that Fallout 1 and 2 look the same, now they don't.
