As I did not make this save editor, i don't think its my place to tell other people how they can and cant use it.
File credits
I wish I could credit the original maker of this mod, but I have no clue who that is.This file was recovered from a 10-15 year old flash drive. If anyone wants me to take this down, I will without complaint. I fully admit I didnt make this and dont know who did.

I recently decided to replay Fallout 2 and hit up No Mutants Allowed to find this save editor, turns out No Mutants Allowed has lost a lot of its old files over the years. Thankfully, I managed to find the save editor on a flash drive. Im uploading it hear cuz cant for the life of me figure out how to upload to No Mutants Allowed.
Anyways, to use the save editor just launch the program and show it where your Fallout 2 file directory is.
I did not make this save editor, I just dont want it to be lost forever so im uploading it here. If pretty much anyone contacts me to tell me to remove it, I will without argument.
