FRM Workshop is a multi-purpose Fallout2 FRM files Editor. With it you can :
- Create new Fallout2 critters or items sprites of FRM files from a Bmp collection
- Open, display and animate the Fallout2 critters FRM
- Adjust your frames position with real time display of the changes you make.
- Export single frames to bmp.
- Permissions and credits
This software should be useful to artists willing to Mod Fallout2 and create
their own new critters or items.
I did not make this software i found it on old abandoned website , i upload it because i love Fallout 2 and i love make sprites .
I do not appropriate myself to do this program or for material purposes, just for fun .
If this app can be found on some website let me know and i will remove it from nexus.
FRM files to load can be found in Fallout2/data/art/inven , crittters or items and can be easily moded wit free image editor like "gimp"
Files can be converted with orginal files of fallout or with help of "f2wedit" (items editor) and "F12se" (save editor) you can make your own new items if you do not forget add your item name and number in to text/pro_item file.
