Hello hello! Can someone tell me what program I am supposed to use to open this file. Download says it's an .exe, but the file name I get after the download says "unconfirmed 384656" and I am unable to open it. Running Windows 10. Thanks!!
When I want to install v28, Windows Protector comes into play because it detects it as an unidentified application (Windows sometimes does this to applications as ''Windows protected your pc''), but when i scan the v28.exe with the antivirus program, it finds a source with a trojan extension. Many people play this mod, I want to play with it too, but I want to make sure before installing it. Have you experienced anything related to this issue ? v2.3.3 dont have these warnings while setup but why v28 does it i dont know ?
Don't use this mod. Started a new playthrough and went over to Vic's house in Klamath to get the radio. For some reason this mod decided to make the door to his closet the final boss of the game. Spent 5 minutes trying to pick it, kick it open, blow it up, you name it, but nothing worked. So I looked it up and found a decade old FAQ page asking about it with all the comments replying "oh yeah, the restoration mod does that :)" And just to add insult to injury - when I loaded back in to the game to see if I could work around it and head straight to the Den, the save file was corrupted.
Is this mod able to be used on a Fallout 2 installation that is being used to run Fallout et tu(Fallout 1in2) or should i use a second Fallout 2 installation?
Don't download this. Just don't. The mod author decided to take it on himself to raise the difficulty levels of random encounters sky high. Making the game damn near unplayable at lower levels even at easy. I just encountered 10 Yakuza outside New Reno, and this is on the easy setting.

also getting a similar crash around finishing the gang fight with tyler. when the last guard is killed and combat ends i get this crash and this error message . its also crashed like this for certain random encounters. anyone know the issue or how to resolve it?
item highliter doesnt work for me. in sfall-mods.ini it was set to key 42 (shift), tried to set it to 41 (~) and this doesnt work also. any ideas whats going on? im using updated rpu from githhub and talking heads
Ive spent over a decade playing F2 with the megamod, but im tired of it crashing the new locations and always editing out its more antagonizing aspects, such as: tripled ammo weight, double PA weight + perk requirement, quintupled highwayman costs and more.
I want to give RP a go (the 2.6 version) but first i need to know: does it have Miria and armor loot mods in it, and if not can i safely add them?
