Fallout 1 external multi-cheat STEAM

This was tested on two windows 10 21h2 devices and worked for multiple days during testing on the base game and Fallout Fixt, so if there's any issues comment below and I will try to keep it working as needed. I don't see any updates in the future for this game lol.

Cheat Functions
-Dear ImGui Menu
-Infinite Health
-Infinite Action Points == Unlimited turns in combat
-Infinite Armor Class
-Infinite Carry Weight == Only shows max in inventory NOT stats(still works)
-Add +1000 EXP
Some of these functions update to the screen only so often but they should work no matter what the screen says.

[HOW TO USE]
Just run the .exe as admin while in game otherwise it wont get handle to the process and close
