This mod is conflicts with Children of Storm.With both installed, abilities like the Beastlord's "Nature's Call" will not work. Apparently you can only one CoreMonsterUnitTypes.xml file installed in the Mods folder, and CoS already has one in /A_LHLIB_UnitStat_BG_vD/CoreReplacements. But I'd to see this patched for CoS in the future if possible.

So I'm yet to play long enough to be able to research these critters which makes me wonder... are they even useful at that point? I mean I take on shrills right from the start of the game, after having research that far into the trees are they powerful enough to even be useful compared to your other troops?
The Shrill Lord definitely looks tempting, but not so sure about the others.
Also noticed I have duplicate versions of all the Shrills in the journal, so I guess yours are rebalanced versions and not the actual Shrills?
The shrills you can train are seperate from the regular monster shrills. You can also tame shrills you fight using the Tame Shrill ability. I don't know about the usefulness of them, I actually made this mod by request and don't actually use it myself. If you feel they should be available earlier I can do that easily enough.
