   Unfortunately this mod allows the AI to recruit or charm insanely OP storm dragons that can wipe out everything you have, whatever spells, items , skill or tactics you use. And the AI factions do this every single game. Which makes it sadly not worth playing at all. Might as well be renamed "Invincible storm dragon kills you every game". Which is a pity as the races and skills and talents/ professions, quests and items added in are pretty nice.
