I've noticed that the default AA at least for me was blurring everything like it's a very bad FXAA regardless of settings. SMAA in ReShade worked much better so here it is.
Then I tried the Noir mode and it's cool but makes it a lot less readable since it seems to just go monochrome without visual adjustments apart from that, so I figured I'd add that too.
This enables a base SMAA antialiasing by default.
There is also a toggleable filter ([End] key by default) that: - boosts contrast sharpness for dark details and black and white view - enables color isolation that heavily desaturizes almost all color except for the Red band, for that little bit of color, especially when it comes to blood. For that SIn City look.
---INSTALLATION---
DISABLE AA IN THE IN-GAME SETTINGS for this.
Get ReShade from here: https://reshade.me/ Version (addon/non-addon) doesn't make a difference, get the smaller non-addon one if you don't plan doing anything more with it. Install as DirectX10/11/12 api. When prompted to choose effects, load my profile from here by clicking the option on the bottom under the full list of shaders, OR choose all shaders and put ini file from here into game directory to load from within the in-game ReShade menu.
