Tweaks the Health and Mana potions to be less powerful by adding negative temporary side effects. Health potions heal over 2 seconds, rather than instantaneusly, are slightly alcoholic, and slow you down for 6 seconds. Mana potions are alcoholic, slightly stronger than health potions.
