About this mod
a fable explorer .fmp that fixes the missing npc bug that prevents owning a property in knothole glade (only works on new games and or save files that haven't yet entered knothole glade)

my guess on the the issue is that it's caused by how npcs are assigned to housing/shops
- game randomly assigns a worker npc (blacksmith, tattooist, laborer) to the chieftain's house to sleep
- said npc is "removed" because they are technically not supposed to live in the chieftain's hut… but also the npc isn't removed proper (as they would if followed out of town + left to wait, or died)
- improper removal of the npc results in the house/shop still having the npc assigned, therefore not ownable
this mod does the following:
- sets the chieftain's hut (on the map, house furthest to the left) to initially buyable (same as marital homes)
- this makes the game skip the chieftain's hut when assigning npcs for the first time, meaning npcs that would have been assigned to it are instead assigned to regular housing, thus preventing them from going missing in the first place
