This mod increases the framerate of the SWF movie files used by the game for the UI. This WILL speed up certain UI elements that animate. Notably this allows the main menu to not feel super sluggish.

Foolishly increases the framerate of swf files.
60 FPS Menus By HeyThereCoffeee
* This mod requires the use of Launch MODDED Game * (Or you can add -NOSEEKFREELOADING as a launch option in steam!) ---
This mod simple adjusts the global framerate for a couple of scaleform swf files from 24 (or in one case 30) to 60.
This will cause some elements to be a bit sped up, but you can mix and match the upk files in this mod with the upk files in the base game, or even adjust the framerate yourself with a hex editor!
I can't guarentee that this won't break anything, but so far so good.
To install: Simply extract WellingtonGame into your Fable folder.
To adjust the framerate: Grab a hex editor and do a byte search for 47 46 58 (or GFX in uppercase), the 16th byte after GFX will be the framerate. For the original game it will be 0x18 (which is 24), and in my mod they will be 0x3C (which is 60.)
