Improves the original graphics with reshade (and other stuff later potentially) tech like Radiant GI, Ambient Occulusion, and Subtle Volumetric Fog plus more!

Add an SSRTGI file one day.
Improve Effect Balance

(Not 100% sure on this yet) Upscale Textures to more Modern Standards.
