This mod sets the maximum population to 999.
IMPORTANT: The campaign will require you to build at least 1 small and 1 large locker!
Location
1) Go to directory/folder: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Evil Genius\DynamicResources\Config or if you don't have steam ...\Evil Genius\DynamicResources
2) Copy (=make a backup of) the original file 'population.ini' to 'backup.population.ini' (or copy to other backup folder).
3) Copy attached file 'population.ini' into folder ...\Evil Genius\DynamicResources\Config
If doesn't work, alternatively:
3) Open original 'population.ini' and copy contents of attached file into the orginal file.
