Each genius has a token ability. Alexis reduces loyalty loss in your minions by 20%. Shen Yu increases the amount of time agents take to get to your island by 30% (I believe). Max reduces research incentive costs by 90%, e.g. instead of the first incentive of $1000 it's now only meant to be $100 etc.

However! His ability is broken and no one has been able to resolve. So I've made the cabinet that you can usually acquire through the console to give yourself a 25% increase to the amount of money stolen from the world map. 

I've added in a custom AOI to unlock the cabinet, then you only need to build the cabinet (in the strongroom or sanctum) to activate the ability.

To install:
Place Max's Cabinet folder into Dynamic resources, you don't need to merge spreadsheets, however you may wish to check other AOI isn't using the same code number 50472 in your AOI_Stats spreadsheet in BalancingSpreadsheets.

However, you will need to manually add the text descriptions separately into each file. First, in Dynamic Resources find your Patched folder, then inside that your EN folder, you'll see several files, you'll need to add find each separate paragraph of detail into the file of the same name. Try and copy the formatting, a line in between entries.

This will work for a fresh game or an existing one. 

You can use this as any Genius, however ideally keep it for Max to use as his ability.

To remove simply delete: Max's Cabinet folder from Dynamic resources.
