This will update your game to version 101 fixing a lot of problems.

This is for the windows version of the game.

How to use this update with the steam version:

1)     Run the patch software.
2)     It will ask for your install directory.
3)     DO NOT CHANGE ITS SETTINGS and it will install to C:\Program files (x86)\VUGames
4)     Finnish the install.
5)     Open the folder VUGames\Evil Genius.
6)     Ignore the ReleaseExe folder. All of this will not work until Rebellion alters the .exe file for steam.
7)     Copy the contents of Dynamic Resources to your steam install directory.

Your steam install directory should look like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\EvilGenius\DynamicResources

NOTE!
                This will not fix all the issues contained in version 1 of the steam build. It will however fix most of them so the game is playable. A complete fix cannot be done until Rebellion alters the “EvilGeniusExeStub-Release.exe” contained in the update to work with steam (a security crack to remove DRM).  Also the various new .dll’s that the new exe requires will not work until the exe is updated to work with steam.
