Adds a super locker with 15 population slots for small space premium. Also has a Act of Infamy mission to unlock it.

How to Install
1. Extract the archive, you should have Dynamic Resources folder and a Readme.txt
2. Go to your Evil Genius installation folder:
Example: C:\Program Files\Evil Genius
Example: C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Evil Genius
3. Drop the Dynamic Resources in the Evil Genius folder and Overwrite.
IF YOU HAVE AN OVERHAUL MOD OR A MOD THAT DOES SOMETHING SIMILAR, READ THE READ ME.TXT THAT COMES WITH IT FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL.
