THESE PROGRAMS ARE MADE BY THE OLD EVILPLANET COMMUNITY, WHICH IS NOW NO LONGER ONLINE.
With that out of the way, here are the 2 most useful files for modding evil genius ever created.
ErbReader: Drop any ERB file on top of it (Drag and drop) and it will start unpacking it. This will give you all the contents of the ERB file, which means the .desc, gr2, col, PAT, and much more. Basically everything you need except textures
(Sidenote: Make sure to give it admin privileges if you do it in protected folder, otherwise it won't be able to create files.)
TextureDecompressor_XX: Put into the same folder as "EvilGeniusExeStub-Release" (The ReleaseExe folder). Then run it. To my knowledge, the GOG version of the game needs you to run the EU texture decompressor. But I included the US one for good measure.
