Unzip it and create a cd with it.
This is for the retail version only and includes story's, posters, and the The World Domination Starter Pack.
Update to 1.01 after this.

Place inside your ReleaseExe folder. This program will un-compress the ERB textures. Use with caution it will dump everything. Supplied by the Evil Genius team at Elixir.
