Rs Double Agent converts every organization in the game to a Starting Kit that can be picked along with your primary organization. This kit will act as a secondary organization. Your character will have access to the perks and cards of both organizations.

Notes:
- Organization kits become available after picking the 'Double Agent' or the 'Expert' background.
- 'Double Agent' requires you to already belong to any Organization.
- Both options use the vanilla formula of increasing the required XP to level up to balance your additional options.
Limitations:
- Secondary organization perks become available after hitting the play button and won't appear in the Character Creation's Perk Preview.
- While trainers (of DLC3) will let you learn cards from their organization (if it's your secondary organization), they won't greet you as a member of the guild.
- Neither organization perk will be visible in the 'Active Perks' list of the Character Sheet.
