Provide an option for an endless session (no turn limit). This has no ballancing for turns 600+, recommend other mods of your choice for that.
But bu-
It is possible to disable score victory, I know, but, I'm faily certain, that will not stop the game ending on turn 600. It will just end in a tie.
Is this compatable with [insert mod here]?
If it doesn't change the "SimulationDescriptors[Victory].xml" file, yes.
This mod isn't compatible with [insert mod here], can you fix it?
Again, If it changes the "SimulationDescriptors[Victory].xml" file I can't do much about it - you will have to modpack it yourself.
For modpacking:
Make a folder in the "C:\Users\User\Documents\Endless Space 2\Community" folder for your modpack.
After unpacking the mod just grab the simulation folder then throw it into your modpack folder - and if you don't already have the xml from the example mod, get that and edit it as needed - then any other folder from the other mods you want, if another mod has a simulation folder go into that and drag all the files into the modpack folders' 'simulation' folder - don't let it override if it asks.
If none of the mods you're modpacking has a Localisation folder then throw the one in 'endless sessions' that into your modpack folder - all it does is change what"GameSpeedEndlessDescription", "GameSpeedEndlessTitle", "GameSpeedTitle" and "GlobalTimerDescription" say (nothing important).
Why is the 'endless' game speed replaced? Why didn't you just add another game speed?
Because you cant. If you've found a way to, do tell me.
Why not just have it like the EL version (where it affects all game speeds)?
So you don't have to keep disabling and re-enabling the mod whenever you want to play a session that has a turn limit.
Can you make a version which affects the global timer instead?
No.
Why?
You can't. Why would you want to anyway?

Installation is the normal, simple;
head to:
C:\Users\User\Documents\Endless Space 2\Community
or
C:\Users\User\Documents\Endless Space 2 (if the 'Community' folder does not exist, in which case you'll need to create the folder.)
once found(or created) open the Endless Sessions.zip
pull or copy the 'Endless Sessions' folder out of the .zip and place or paste it in the 'Community' folder you just found( or created).
Open Endless Space 2, head to the 'Mods' tab.
I'm sure you can figure out how to active a mod on your own.
