Grants the ability to deconstruct and construct soul gems.

Grants the ability to deconstruct and construct soul gems. Go to any forge and craft the Gem crafting kit with 1 leather and 1 iron ingot.
It will create the gem crafting kit and it will be added to the apparel menu so you equip and favorite it.when activated it will fire a single low key script to open the menu (Don't worry it won't unequip anything as it takes up the fx01 armor slot) from there you can deconstruct empty and full soul gems into broken down fragments.
Filled soul gems will lose the soul trapped inside if you deconstruct it so make a note of that.
Can deconstruct all soul gems filled and empty, build all types of gems and can deconstruct gem fragments if found to make them compatible.
Designed this to work for enderal but it is also on SSE.
