EPPI Foamville and Prisonisland is a fantastic mod that greatly fleshes out the Foamville area. However, the town is still host to actively burning buildings and piles of corpses, despite NPCs specifically mentioning that the attack that ruined the town happened several years ago.
This plugin replacer simply removes or "extinguishes" the smoke and flame emitters. Eternal flames no more!
