Mythical spells rebalanced to allow movement while casting and casting with either hand instead of being forced to always use both.

I was always annoyed how clunky Mythical spells are so I decided to change that.
I didn't want to stop at just removing the RitualSpell tag to move while casting but also do some other balance changes and not make them completely broken.
With Cannonade, Thunderclap and Blizzard I aimed to get similar DPS to other spells at Master level. If I failed, feedback is welcome and I'll adjust the numbers.
Rest of the spells just minor changes.
Changes:
- all spells got the RitualSpell tag removed so you can move while casting
- all spells except Cannonade allow for Dual casting (Cannonade spawns projectiles which explode and those have a fixed DMG, dual casting or fire dmg memories don't affect it's dmg)
Blizzard (dps improved by ~20%):
- mana cost reduced from 300 to 150
- dmg reduced from 20 to 12
- charge time reduced from 3.5s to 3s
Cannonade (dps lowered by ~30%):
- mana cost reduced from 110 to 55
- dmg reduced from 95 to 69
- projectile lunch interval doubled - when casting with one hand you're casting half of the fireballs compared to vanilla. Use both hands and the rate is the same
- projectile speed and range doubled (not sure if this was necessary but it annoyed me XD)
- lowered the impact force from 30 to 10 (hoping to stop items from flying off through the walls)
Thunderclap (dps improved by ~30%):
- mana cost reduced from 75 to 40
- dmg reduced from 90 to 60
- charge time reduced from 1.5s to 1s
Summon Abomination:
- no changes except allowing dual cast which extends the duration
Acceleration:
- dual cast extends the duration
- charge time reduced from 2s to 1s
Panacea:
- dual cast extends the duration
- charge time reduced from 2.5s to 2s
Purge:
- dual cast extends the duration
- charge time reduced from 3s to 2s
