!!FOR VERSION 2.1.0 ONLY!! Changes Enderal's mine ore script to be faster, taking only 3 picks to acquire all of the vein's payout.

THIS ONLY WORKS WITH THE v.2.1.0 RELEASE OF ENDERAL SE.
Inspired by older Enderal faster mining mods and those found in Skyrim - this adjusts the mineoreenderal.pex script found in the v.2.1.0 release of Enderal, requiring only 3 picks instead of the usual 9 to receive all of the ore vein's 3 ore payout. This works with either activating the ore vein to start mining, or by attacking the vein with a pickaxe.
I changed only two numerical values within the script and recompiled it, so there should be no major changes with how mining works.
Compatibility
Scripts are not refreshed within the same save file - so seeing this mod in action will require a new game most likely if you are in the middle of a playthrough.
This affects the rate at which you get the rare gem drops from ore veins since you would only receive one payout with this mod. The default rate for the gem stone proc is at 5% - I have included an .esp flagged .esl which adjusts this rate to 15% to accommodate.
