This is a simple mesh fix for the glow plane. I reduced the emissive glow from 1000 to 80; which doesn't eliminate the glow, but reduces it significantly. It is only needed if you use an ENB.

This Mesh can be installed like anything else. It has been converted for SE and the emissive glow was reduced from 1000 to 80. This fix is only needed if you use an ENB. See below pics for examples:
