I know, the hero doesn't learn skills like everyone else. They remember things they knew in earlier lifes. But... why do they only remember by reading? I'm pretty sure that doing something would let me remember faster than reading a book. :)
But whatever. This mod enables vanilla skill levelling (not actual Level Up) without touching anything else. Skill books work as intended. You can still use them to skill up fast. You just don't need them anymore.
Actual Level Up still works like Enderal. You can't level up by skills.
Known Issues:
Not really an issue, but the skill up messages are vanilla skyrim (destruction instead of elementalism). Didn't find the messages in xEdit to change them.
