Simple mod that adds Arrow Crafting Blueprints, and Arrow Dismantling recipes.

You can buy the blueprints from Sura's Sharp Steel in Riverville, Erbgoth's Leather Goods, Floorhammer's Forge Work, and the Sun Temple armory all in Ark.
The blueprints appear as you level up, and should be available when the vendors are selling the respective ores that can create each type of Arrow. They can also be added to the blueprint book, and used from it.
