Replaces low quality notes on bounty boards with notes from The Notice Board Redefined

Install it with modmanager or unzip into Data folder
Notice board from The Notice Board Redefined is slightly bigger than boards from Enderal so I adjusted placement of notes a little so they fit. But I couldn't adjust the placement of nails so some of them in the wrong spot.

- Adjusted overall papers position
- Adjusted nails position (like someone cares)
- Fixed some papers not reflecting light correctly (Actually I just did what overdev advised, so all credits go to him). Though upper left paper still less reflective than others
