uh intresting, does this have a full interior or is it just a laod door teleporting to the top?

  The model was made by Drengin: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/104666
  
  And it has a fully modeled inside as well (staying in the exterior worldspace, similar to the vanilla Solitude watchtower). So you don't need a load door to access most of the tower, you only need one to reach the uppermost part. Drengin actually has a few screenshots on his modpage which show the interior.
