Extract file from zip.
Go to Documents\My Games\Skyrim\CME_save\ and paste there.

In game, showracemenu \ half Arazealean \ Body \ Slot \ - load slot (female)7 or 5(male).

(Triss Armor Retextured CBBE HDT) will not show amulets by default so I modified its .esp using Tes5Edit which you can download, you will still need the original mod by Psyke23, just overwrite the esp with this one.
